Responsibility
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related fields.
- At least 3 year experience in test processes maintaining test scenarios, test cases and test steps.
- Strong background in Application Testing, System Testing Concept, and/or Software Testing Methodologies.
- Background in non functional testing, and automation testing would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of SQL Statement, Store Procedure, Query database.
- Team work, service mind with positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills, and problem solving.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Work experience in Insurance, or Unit Linked is a plus.
- Knowledge of CMM or CMMi or Agile is a plus.
