AVP Claim Division ( Life Insurance )
Responsibility
- Study the trends in the life insurance business of competitors, compare and analyze Make plans and set goals. Improve process and create standards for work to be effective.
- Improve / develop the systems used in the claim work to be in line with the new sales channels.
- Supervise and control the consideration of claims for correctness, speed, legitimacy to the insured and to the company in accordance with the SLA.
- Evaluate, follow up, improve, improve processes and continuous work claims systems.
- Supervising the consideration of fines Investigation to be used in the consideration of approving fines as according to the authority.
- Manage risks arising from claims both inside and outside the organization Including participation in associate companies and the life insurance business in exchanging information and play a role in formulating joint strategic plans.
- Plan to build good relationships for service providers to provide medical care for the insured, including the quality assessment of hospitals in the network.
- Plan and set claim goals in accordance with the strategic plan.
- Manage the manpower, budget, and equipment appropriately.
- Develop knowledge on life insurance, insurance business, work insurance and laws related to life insurance for personnel and related agencies Continuously.
Qualification
- Thai, age not over 45 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in Insurance or any related fields
- At least 7 - 10 years , experience in Life Insurance
- Medical knowledge and medical terminology
- Data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of the process of considering and Claims
- Knowledge of products and services of life Insurance
- Analytical thinking
