Announcement of Book Closure Date 2023
Ocean Life Insurance Public Company Limited (“the Company”) sets the date of Saturday, April 1st, 2023 as the book closure date for the rights to attend the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on Thursday, April 27th, 2023 on hybrid format via online meeting or physical meeting at the Company’s Head Office, Ocean Tower 1 and the dividend rights (if any), until the end of the meeting.
